In mijn praktijk vanZelfZijn creëer ik een ervaring die volledig is afgestemd op jou en wat je op dit moment nodig hebt.
Ik kijk naar gezondheid en welzijn vanuit een holistisch perspectief: de mens als geheel. Dit betekent dat ik aandacht geef aan zowel het fysieke, mentale, emotionele als spirituele aspect van jouw welzijn. Met zorg en aandacht richt ik me op het herstellen van de natuurlijke balans in jouw lichaam, zodat je meer rust, ruimte en energie kunt ervaren.
Door vanuit zachtheid en met volledige aandacht voor jou aanwezig te zijn ontstaat er ruimte voor datgene wat losgelaten kan worden.
Het resultaat is dat jouw levensenergie weer beter gaat stromen. Je wordt meer jeZelf en kan gemakkelijker Zijn in het hier en nu. Wanneer je goed in je lijf aanwezig bent, vergroot dat letterlijk je draagkracht. En wanneer jouw lichaamsbewustzijn groeit, krijg je meer informatie door die je helpt om natuurlijker te leven en keuzes te maken die echt bij jou passen.
